VeloXys – Refund & Return Policy
At VeloXys, we take pride in delivering premium carbon fiber products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and uninstalled
- In its original condition and packaging
- Free of any modifications, scratches, or damage caused after delivery
We do not accept returns on items that have been installed, used, or modified in any way. Carbon fiber products that show signs of installation or use will be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping Damage Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at [your support email] with photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
- Installed or used carbon fiber parts
- Items not in original packaging
- Custom or special-order items
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as VeloXys is not responsible for lost return shipments.
